Increase in the share capital of Air Italy Polska  

On 8^th March, pursuant to the General Meeting of Shareholders, the share capital of Air Italy Polska was increased by PLN 12 million – from 6 to 18 million. The increase in capital has been entirely covered by the existing shareholder.

Air Italy Polska is a leading charter air line on the Polish market, established in February 2007 by Air Italy Group. The carrier started its air operations in November 2007, executing flights to distant exotic destinations and to the region of the Mediterranean Sea Basin.

Air Italy Polska had very good carriage results for 2010. Over 272,000 passengers took advantage of its services – 131,000 more than in 2009.

Last year the punctuality of flights of the carrier was 95%.
