Air Italy Polska awarded with Laur Klienta 2010 (Customer Laurel 2010)

Air Italy Polska was honoured with the first place in the Airline category and was awarded the golden Consumer Laurel 2010. This is already the second award granted to Air Italy in this leading consumer programme in Poland.

"Laur Konsumenta i Klienta" (Consumer and Customer Laurel) is an extensive national survey aimed at distinguishing most consumer trusted products and services.

"Receiving this award makes us, on the one hand, most grateful to all who voted for us, but on the other, we feel all the more motivated to maintain a certain level of service," said Mariusz Szpikowski, President of Air Italy Polska. "By quality we mean transparency of our relationship with tour operators and passengers, but also passenger comfort and travel safety. One of our priorities is to ensure quality service at airports and on board, as well as to guarantee proper technical condition of the aircraft, which in turn translates into safety. If such attitude is appreciated and rewarded by consumers, this means that we are going in the right direction."
